Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
The CBT Approach
Welcome. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) offers a practical, evidence-based approach to understanding the interaction between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, helping you make meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance, therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore what's going on for you and to develop tools that support your wellbeing.
My therapy sessions are collaborative and structured. I aim to create a warm and friendly space to facilitate our understanding of what has been happening for you. Sessions are designed to help clients formulate personal challenges and provide effective tools to help them manage current difficulties that could be maintaining anxiety or depression. Therapy is a chance to learn more about ourselves in a therapeutic and non judgemental environment.
If you're ready to begin, you're warmly invited to book a session either via the website or via email, and start your journey toward feeling more in control and supported.
