I offer an initial consultation session to explore your current difficulties. The consultation will enable you to fully explain how you are feeling and we can explore CBT treatment options,

in line with your direction for therapy. Equally I can help to signpost you elsewhere if we feel CBT is unlikely to be helpful.

CBT is a goal orientated therapy directed to making changes in the here and now. Sessions are being conducted remotely via video or telephone.
